all these fields simultaneously and the correct and expedient solution requires not only greater emphasis on
expertise, but also on close cooperation between the subjects providing these services.
We provide all commercial and civil legal services, whether this concerns establishment of companies and their transformation, supervision over contractual relationships, recovery of receivables or representation of clients before a court of law. Our clients are companies and natural persons, to whom we also provide services in the field of family law.
Our team provides complex services related to the tax duties arising from all types of taxes, including complete representation during communication with tax administrators. We naturally also provide all our services to companies with foreign property interest. We also ensure administration of tax records, accounting and payroll administration for our clients regardless of the company’s size.
We represent our clients during legal proceedings, whether this concerns civil disputes, criminal proceedings, or, for instance, representation of creditors during bankruptcy proceedings. We have been providing our legal services to legal entities and natural persons for over twenty years and we seek the most advantageous solutions to our clients’ legal issues and rigorously defend their interests.
